Call for witnesses : problems with SurpriseDesign orders? Many members didn't get their Metoyou products...

In these times of Christmas, we want to warn you about the e-commerce website SurpriseDesign (also Metoyou.be)

For several months, our french members have bad experiences ordering Metoyou products on this website:
Products delivered very late to France, missing products, or other products received in replacement of ordered products...

We are appealing to witnesses regarding all orders at SurpriseDesign:
Whether you experienced problems or not when ordering with SurpriseDesign, give us your feedback on the forums by clicking here

I'm Ingeborg from Surprise Design.
The months november and december gave us problems with the shipment to especially France.
Normally it takes about 5 workingdays to arrive, but in these months we were confronted with delivery-times of over 3 weeks.
We do appologize for that!
At the moment it's going much better, the French post seems to be re-organized again.
We also have the possibility now for a faster delivery.
