I'm Ingeborg from Surprise Design.
The months november and december gave us problems with the shipment to especially France.
Normally it takes about 5 workingdays to arrive, but in these months we were confronted with delivery-times of over 3 weeks.
We do appologize for that!
At the moment it's going much better, the French post seems to be re-organized again.
We also have the possibility now for a faster delivery.
